One person maintains this site. The fastest way to get something fixed is to describe what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead — and, if a file was involved, what kind of file it was.
The most useful reports so far have been the boring ones: a container this browser could not decode, a language where the line breaks came out wrong, a keyboard shortcut that fought with the operating system. None of those would have been found without somebody writing in.
